Chris brings over 40 years of experience in mortgage lending. A U.S. Army veteran, he attended the University of Maryland with the support of the GI Bill and part-time jobs. Since entering the mortgage business after college, he has closed over $3 billion in loans and participated in over 21,000 transactions. After 20 years in the DC to NYC area, Chris relocated to Florida, where he continues helping clients from Key West to Pensacola. Specializing in Jumbo, Super Jumbo, VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, he is passionate about assisting veterans and self-employed borrowers. Known for his quick responses, Chris is always available to guide clients through the complexities of homeownership.
