A former Head of Business Banking, he transitioned to real estate as co-owner of RANGE Corp., applying his banking expertise to deliver tailored real estate and commercial lending solutions. Jhakees founded the first Spanish-speaking BNI chapter in the U.S. and serves as President (2023-2024) of the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston.
